Privacy Policy

Zaman Yolcusu ("the App") is developed by Dode Yazılım. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is processed when you use the App.

Data we collect

Photos (selfies): The selfie you upload is used only to generate the AI transformation. Selfies and generated images are transmitted over encrypted connections, stored in private storage, and automatically deleted within 30 days.
Anonymous account ID: The App works with an anonymous identity — no name or phone number is collected.
Email address (optional): If you choose to protect your account, we collect your email address. Its only purpose is to keep your credits with you when you change phones or reinstall the App. We send a one-time code to verify the address. We never send marketing email and never share your address with third parties. Linking an email is optional; it is required only before buying credits.
Purchase information: Credit pack purchases are processed by the App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat. We never access your payment card details.
Content reports: When you report a result, we record the reason, the ID of the generation, and your account ID. We review reports within 24 hours; the reported image is hidden from your gallery in the meantime.
Usage analytics: Pseudonymous product events associated with the anonymous account ID (PostHog). No advertising tracking, no IDFA, no behavioral profiling.
Crash reports: Technical crash data for debugging (Sentry).
Push token: If you grant permission, an anonymous push token is stored to announce new themes.
Device identifier: We store your device's vendor-provided identifier solely to prevent the free starter credits from being claimed repeatedly on the same device. It is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties, and never used for behavioural tracking.

How data is processed

Image transformation is performed by an AI image service (OpenAI) that processes your photo solely to generate the result; under the provider's API policy your photo is not used to train models. Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (EU region).

Data sharing

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. It is shared only with the service providers listed above, to the minimum extent required to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

Selfies and generated images are automatically deleted within 30 days. You can delete your account and app data in Profile → Delete my data; any email address you linked is deleted with it. Credit packs are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel; unused credits are lost when the account is deleted. For earlier deletion requests, contact us below; requests are fulfilled within 30 days.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
